Terms of Service

StockMap provides AI-generated stock analysis, model-derived signals, and track-record summaries for publicly traded companies, together with market data on digital assets (cryptocurrencies), for informational and educational purposes. It is a research and information tool, not a brokerage, investment adviser, exchange, or trading platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

The Service offers free access and paid subscription plans. The current plans and their prices are as shown on the StockMap plans page. A plan bought on the web is billed through Stripe; a plan bought in the StockMap app for iOS or Android is billed through Apple or Google.

Earlier plans. Pro ($15/month or $144/year) and Pro+ (Trader) ($39/month or $348/year) are no longer sold. A subscription opened on one of them stays governed by this section until it is canceled.

• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until canceled.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then.
• Refunds. If you pay for a plan on the web, your first payment is refundable within 14 days, no questions asked: email support@stockmap.io. A purchase made in the StockMap app for iOS or Android is refunded through Apple's or Google's own refund process. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@stockmap.io.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service beyond normal personal use, or use it to build a competing product.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, analysis, scores, and content, is owned by StockMap and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Market data referenced within the Service belongs to its respective owners.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated analysis can be inaccurate or out of date, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockMap and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (disclaimers, IP, limitation of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice within the Service. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
