How it works
How to test your coins against just holding Bitcoin
The Bitcoin test answers one question: did your coins beat just holding Bitcoin? Paste your coins and the date you got them, and StockMap compares each coin and the total with Bitcoin over the same span. Nothing you paste is saved, and no account is needed. We don't tell you what to buy. We show what the data says, and we post receipts. NFA.
- Works on the free plan
- Start from: Crypto (top of any page) → Bitcoin test
What you see at the end: Your coins against Bitcoin over the same span
Step by step
Open stockmap.io and press Crypto at the top of the page.
Choose Bitcoin test in the row of crypto pages. On a phone, swipe the row to the left to reach it.
Under Your coins, replace the example in the box with each coin's symbol and quantity, and since when you held them, for example ETH 2, SOL 40, XRP 1500 since Jan 15. What we read lists each coin the page understood.
You see: What we read, 3 coins
Press Run the test, under What we read. The result opens on the same page.
You see: Your coins against Bitcoin over the same span
If it doesn’t work
A coin outside the top 250 is marked not covered and left out. A coin without a date asks for one: add since and a date to the paste, for example since Jan 15, or fill in Held since.
